Our Policy

Every Lion of Zion piece is made with purpose. We stand behind the quality of our apparel and want you to feel good about your purchase.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for the following:

• Size exchanges — If your size isn't right, we'll swap it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
• Defective items — If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the defect.

To start an exchange, email us at lionofzionltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. We'll take care of you.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We take every situation seriously and will do our best to make it right. If you have a concern that an exchange doesn't resolve, reach out to us directly and we'll have a real conversation about it.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion.

What We Cannot Accept

• Returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Returns initiated more than 14 days after delivery
• Returns on final sale items
